- Start going to bed earlier than you do four days before your trip
- Wake up earlier and try to stretch or exercise.
- Do not eat too much before or during the flight
- Drink lots of fluids but not much alcohol
- During the flight try to walk around, stretch, do neck rolls
- If your luggage is heavy use a cart
- After you land avoid being in the sunshine until you go to bed
- Do not take a nap for more than an hour in the afternoon
- Go to bed at a time close to your regular time
