- sign up for any frequent flier or royalty programs before you buy tickets
- the shortest line is not always the best line stand back for a second and figure out which line goes fastest
- look for pre purchase for alcohol internet spa or other interests
- check the airlines on time record before you book
- if the flight is delayed go to departures board see what other airlines fly to your destination and try to book with them
- if you have any sickness or if you are traveling with a child
- always check your bill for mistakes
